Nothing Artificial

My cake mixes contain only the best ingredients (just 5 or 6 of them) with no additives, preservatives, or trans fats, but they cannot be called “all natural” because I use bleached flour. I think bleached flour is an essential ingredient in light cakes, so that is why it is in my mix.

How to make my cakes

It’s very simple to bake cakes from my mixes. First, open the inner pouch and dump the contents into a large mixing bowl. For the chocolate mix, add sour cream, oil, water, eggs, as the package directions suggest. Blend 30 seconds on low speed of an electric mixer until the ingredients just come together. Then increase the mixer speed to medium and blend 1½ minutes, or until the batter is smooth. Pour into prepared layer pans, bake at 350 degrees for 32 to 36 minutes, and I dare you to not lick the beaters! I can’t resist them.
